Rethink your gas lines / valves entirely. That set up is dangerous and those valves are too
close to the center burner. They will be HOT!

Soak in PBW for days, rinse, repeat until clean. It should breakdown any organic matter. After
it is clean, smack yourself acrossed the knuckles a few times so you remember not to do that

Halfway down on the right are the nylon pieces that you did not mention, but will probably need
to be replaced as well, and on page 2 you will find the plastic dip tubes.

No problem, just release the pressure slowly as not to lose too much carbonation. When you put
the sanitized dip tube back in, you may get some foaming.
