probably got a bit of hop gunk or trub caught in your bottling wand. most of them disassemble
for cleaning - pull it apart and see if you can flush anything out of it. another possibility

a little bit of wheat in an IPA is always a nice boost to mouthfeel and head retention
(something like 10%). a higher mash temp might be a good plan, too. have you checked your
