  I made the extract recipie.My scale went nuts and I added about two and one half lbs of C40. I
  just went ahead with the recipie. What should I expect as far as taste?

  I need 1.5 lbs of C60 but only have 10 oz of C60. would using C40 for the rest hurt the taste?

  I don't know what happend. I brewed the extract version. Tasted amazing! Then a few weeks
  later, a very strange flavor. I hate it! copper nutty off taste.
