  • I've been Home Brewing since 2004 thanks to a friend in Vermont, and I didn't drink beer until I turned 23 when a friend introduced me to good beer.rnFavorite beer - Switchback AlernFavorite braggot - Magic Hat Champagne cask aged braggot - I drank it on a tour of the brewery, it never made it to bottles because the abv was too high. Magic hat released a braggot the next fall, but it was boring, ever since then I've been trying to come up with a good braggot recipe.

I have done absolutely nothing for beer today, I'd better go contemplate my choices over a pint

When you've been kegging exclusively for a year, but refuse to get rid of 120 of your
de-labelled bottles "just in case" you need to bottle a couple batches.

I went all grain a while ago, biggest "cost savings" I've noticed so far, also buying mlat in
bulk through group buys; although the buy-in can be a bit much, it's worth it... I put "cost
    savings" in q...

For once the wife and I are "taking it easy" this weekend; that means I get to bottle a batch
of wine, make a batch of cider, and finish the keezer.

I've been rocking a beard since February, although I am shaving it for my wife on her birthday
in August ;) whether I decide to grow another or not depends on how lazy I am - if I don't
    shave for four...

Thanks for the run down. It's a valid point to look a few steps ahead to make sure I'm not
buying myself into a wall that'll just cost more to get past in the future (ie. buying one
    setup that can't b...
