I just bottled my 1 year old batch and it is tasting great! Possibly a little sweet for my own
preference, but that's being picky. I will definitely be making this again very soon!

My favorite cider/apple wine is mulled flavor. Grocery stores, or your local cider mill, often
carry "mulling spices." Sometimes in a cheesecloth sack, sometimes in a bag. I warm a little
bit of cider...
