  • My Dad had a Mr. Beer kit when I was in high school and I had a great time making beer with him. As I got older I got my own Mr. Beer kit and eventually graduated to all grain brewing with a proper set up. I enjoy making my own equipment whenever possible, and really enjoy trying new techniques.

    Yes, that's too warm for lager yeast - I would say the highest temperature would be about 13
    Celsius.
