I've done a SMaSH Saison using Maris Otter and Saaz hops, with a Belgian Saison yeast. It came

With the states I've been to, this article seems pretty good. Hawaii, Nevada, Utah, Colorado,
Washington, Oregon, California.. all look pretty well placed to me.My favorite beer state is
