I would give it a go with all Centennial, can't be bad. I am still waiting on my Citra batch to
be ready but I'm going to brew it again and hop it like an IPA with all Cascade.

So yesterday I ran out of CO2. This was pretty surprising to me because I just got a refill 2
kegs ago. The tank before this one lasted for 7 or 8 kegs... Two variables are that I got a new
