  • Riot Beer is a Detroit-based nano-brewery. We approach brewing with a strong culinary intuition, and a heavy background in Chemistry. I have been drinking craft beer since my 21st Birthday, when a very dear friend introduced me to Founder's Breakfast Stout. Prior to this, my experience with beer was purely American Macro-Lager, so I was unimpressed. I have made a point to experience as much Michigan craft beer as possible over the last 3 years, and I am very thankful for our vast pool of incredible beer. The inspiration to homebrew was first mentioned by my Brother/Co-Founder August 2012. Riot Beer jumped head first into brewing, making several beers to be sampled at a private tasting early October 2012. Our first brew was Cinderella's Escape - a spiced pumpkin and butternut squash ale.

Oh my goodness, oh my damn.At bottling we sampled. It's a beautiful, deep amber color, balanced
spicy rye aroma. Juniper adds so much more than I expected. Full synopsis and pictures in a few
    weeks on...
