Home Brewing Biography: In February of 2006 I received a HB starter Kit for my Birthday. Two months later I deceided it was time to make that batch. It was ok, but looking back it had a green apple flavored flaw. I made my second batch 3 months after that, both extract, then did a partial mash. Still felt that was cheating, then dove into AG.
Here I am 2.5 years later and am contstantly upgrading my home system and am now part owner of a small brewery.

Got my score sheets back. I had an entry which was judged in the wrong category. I paid for a
cat 23 entry but changed it to 22C. Somehow it got judged as 22B even though I had written 'oak
