Does anyone use 6-row malt any more? I haven used it since I first started brewing in the
1990's. Is there a flavor difference? Besides having more enzymes is 6-row pale malt better

I would love to brew a clone or something close to it. The last recipe looks decent. I would up
the 2 Row a but and Mash between 148 and 150. I think I would also sub in some Munich for a bit
