Pumpkinman is right. You want the finished wine to be a nutrient desert. I won't add nutrient
beyond the first half of alcoholic fermentation if there isn't a hydrogen sulfide issue.

I'm thinking to dry hop this one with 1 oz of Amarillo, 1 oz Citra and 0.5 oz of Simcoe. What
do you guys think about this? I know its not a clone of Zombie Dust anymore but I would like to

You stand the bottles up right for a few days to allow the corks to expand from the compression
of corking, to ensure a seal... not to let compressed air out. We skip this step when bottling

The stainless mix-stir is probably going to be the most bang for your buck. I recommend the
stainless one because the plastic mix stir snapped in half on me after about a year. I don't

    generally don't las...

mix-stir, but avoid creating a vortex which will incorporate oxygen into the wine. On the plus
    side, when your wi...

I am having a hard time coming up with a Sam Adams that I actually like enough to go out and
buy for a session night. I respect them but just don't really like any of their beers all that
    much.I'm a b...
