  • Started out as a Mead Maker, recently became interested in Gruits and made 2 successful small batches in progress. Interested in Cider making as well as I love drinking the stuff. Good results with Ed Wort's Apfelwein and Brandon O's Graff. Now starting to brew ales/lagers with various Hops after the great Gruit experiment.

    I moved it upstairs where it's closer to 66 so hopefully it carbs up a little quicker. I just
    hope its carbed for thanksgiving!If it's left at 62, it would carb but just take longer,
