amps and your element is going to pull the same power regardless of the voltage. It will

Since you already have 220V service, why are you using 110V for anything? If you don't want to
get another PID you could just use a PWD to control the boil. Or use one of these:

Install a thermal-well in your mash tun and you won't have to worry about it. Post details
