    I pretty much stay with Ales...Belgian Style, American, Scottish and English. There is so much
    you can do when you start out with one of these basics.

    I use adhesive back plain white mailing labels. I only label the bottles I give away so
    removing them isn't my problem. The trouble is that if they get wet the colors tend to bleed.
