  • I had been interested in home brewing recently, from watching how-to videos and seeing how easy it looked. I was given a Mr Beer kit for Father's Day 2009, and two batches later, I moved up to full 5 gallon extract brewing for now.rnI have been pleased with my results so far, and will eventually go to all grain brewing, once I move to a bigger house and have more space and equipment.

    Since you are still in the building process I would make the burner height adjustable.I agree
    with this, that way if you decide to go to or from keggles or pots, you have options!

    I would also consider installing a windscreen as well, for those windy days, unless you will be
    using it in the garage!
