First answer: I got a remote grill thermometer from Wal-Mart for about $15. Has alarms for
"Medium" at 160F and Well done at 170F... works great all the way to boil.2nd answer: I just

Since you are only doing 5 gallon batches I would use the 15 for the boil.I agree!The 15 gallon
would give you the extra headspace to prevent a boilover!

No. They're not up and running yet, or at least not on any kind of large scale. They weren't
able to do their tour during Dallas Beer Week because they didn't have a CO from the city
