I would say that 1.008 is a little on the high side for a saison, but not outrageously
so.That's an interesting link there about the effects of back pressure on the yeast. That's 86%
    attenuation the ra...

Og was 1.060. Fg was 1.008. I'm not in a huge rush so I can let it evolve in the keg for a
while. As for the foil- google maltose falcons and 3724 and you can find the article.

to have higher level of carb than it does. I'm not really in a rush to drink it but don't want
    to lose th...

Brewed the updated recipe with a slight hop change and US 04 as it was all I could get at the
time. Kegged on day 15 which was last Saturday and keg hopped with 3oz leaf hops. I know it's
    young and no...

Brewed one recently with 3724. Finished in 8 days. I read online to remove the airlock and
replace with sanitized foil. Worked great. Unfortunately, the beer is too sweet for my liking
    at this point (...

Used this yeast for the first time. Went from 1.060 to 1.009 in 6 days. Was worried with all
the stories of it being stuck and a prior issue with 3724. Smelled a bit like sulfur so I'm
    going to let it...

Mine has been kegged for 2.5 weeks and I feel the nose is already missing something. I think I
may try turning the keg upside down like someone else mentioned. Do you literally just turn it
    upside dow...
