Home Brewing Biography: Have had a few friends that were in to it and don't see them anymore so I wanted to try it out myself. rnI have a True brew starter kit w/ primary, secondary / bottling bucket and the usual odds and ends I.E. capper, hydrometer, racking Cain. . .rnI will be getting a carboy tomorrow.rnI have one brew under my belt so far and it is a muntons export stout extract.

What I have since learned is at a good bare minimum beer needs 3 weeks in fermentation weather
you go primary for 2 secondary for 1 or primary for three then bottle. lots of people do more
than 3 week...

Don't know why US gallons are different. Imperial gallons are about 1.2 US gallons. It's all
