  • Started out with wine kits, then into cider, naturally I needed to try my hand at beer.
  • Sadly it is empty....for now!!!
  • 6 gallons cider ageing away since october
  • Many bottles of homemade wine.

    Nice! What temp probe did you go with, the Auber?Yep, the Auber rtd with cable upgrade. Seemed

    up of the element, calibration of site tube, and it's off for a test run. So far nobody has

    All parts are in and started drilling holes for switches and such. Kettle almost done just have
    to clean up element and get it installed. Pretty good start so far.
