  • Beer Ale Research Foundation is on board for Philly NHC 2013! Got our first Club Brew done (saison) and plan to do 'em at least two more times before NHC. Hoping for 60+ kegs altogether!

March pump for my birthday! Seriously considering 15gal plastic conical fermenter in stand-up fridge as my next move. Hoping to go pro Summer 2014--3BBL nano-style.

    temp--at 38F (my serving temp) the process is exponentially slower than at cellar or room temp.
