I mashed a couple days ago at 157f. We'll see the side by side results of a similar grain bill
at 152f with similar ibu's.Hilts, was the base malt all domestic 2-row?

I don't get headaches from drinking a lot my beers or most craft beers, but I do get poor sleep
and my brain doesn't work very well for a few hours when I get up.
