    What is the boil times. For the remaining ingredients? For the grains; 60 min at 156f. Hops are

What are your thoughts on a Mango Saison? I think the spices and mango would make a great compliment. Still working on a recipe but it will my next brew.

Sounds interesting, I would probably increase the mango though. Had a beer tasting at my house today and folks really like my Mango brew, but as a summer beer. When you go saison, and you add more flavors to it, you do want to get
enough Mango out of it. Stick with Citra hops as it pairs nicely with the mango! Make sure you freeze the mango before you add it to the secondary. Good luck!
