    ABOUT ME

  • I work, I hang out and drink beers, watch my soccer team (Arsenal FC), work on my car a little, but let's face it. This is a brew forum.

I'm here to learn to brew. Make my own batch and basically be able to reap what I sow, so to speak.

  • The works of Kafka, Michael Crichton, Ted Dekker, and a bunch others. Also, non-fiction books.
  • Basically, i was a brewer viewer / taste tester. My housemate brewed beers, and my father-in-law just started brewing beers. My buddy / coworker is about to start brewing beer.

Personally, though, i'm more interested in seeing how I handle brewing Mead. I plan on having my first batch ready for next Christmas.

are way out of my league)
