I'm glad to hear you're finding value in my thread. I was certainly disappointed when my beers had a harshness to them and wanted to find out why. The beers have been in the bottle for 3 weeks now, and I want to wait another
week before trying one of each (I only have 3 of each). I'll update the thread when I do the tasting next week. In the meantime, you can get a water analysis of your tap water you used. I know here in the US, people use Ward Labs
