I was always interested in it and slowly built up my supplies. Once I got my mash tun done I sped through acquisition of the remainder of my supplies and jumped straight into all-grain brewing. My current setup uses a outdoor propane burner, aluminum pot, big square cooler mash tun, some plastic primaries, and a glass carboy.
I plan to brew big dark stouts, imperial ales, barley-wines, and anything else I can manage while I've become partial to the mild ale and maybe a few other session brews.
Aimless Ale (My own recipe that turned out well after about 4 months of aging but was truly just my practice run)
Reaper's Mild Ale (Modified from Orfy's)
St. Paul's Porter (Northern Brewer recipe)
Terrapin RYE PA Clone (Closely followed the popular clone recipe that was floating around)
