I really hope the roast comes through for you, as it adds a fantastic element to this beer. I
conditioned the 1st batch for 3 1/2- 4 wks, at 20c, before fridge time. Mine is still lagering

Hey man,we got our taxes done today,so I had to celebrate with some beer & vodka. Only had the
dark beer at 2 days shy of 3 weeks when I took the box with 5 beers in it & stuck'em in the
fridge 4 days...
