You can also buy iodine strips from a homebrew shop. Makes the process a little easier and the
little tube of strips will last a long time.

It's funny you bring that up because it was quite a bit flat. I've boosted the CO2 more in

AHS has always been my go to, except with my last order my fermentis yeast all came repackaged
rather than in the normal nitrogen flushed satchets. Some of the packets had two different
labels on them...
