That's cool. I don't know what size and gravity you're working with but just treat it like a
beer. If you see a good amount of cake at the bottom and the gravity stops dropping then move
on to a bigge...

It was good, grapefruit was definitely present. Would I buy it over Enjoy By? Probably not.
Then again I had a Heady Topper right before so my palate was being a snob, mostly likely.

Bottled today. Sat on raspberries for 2.5 months. Hydro sample tasted really good, although
really green. I added some vanilla infused bourbon at bottling. Bottled to 2.4-2.5 vols. Going
to let it sit...
