I would never use that DME either. I wouldn't trust that company to ensure the necessary
quality control and standards that I am comfortable with. I would stick to Munton's or Briess

Rebel Brewer has great kits available. I will be trying their Mosaic Pale Ale kit next. They
are my goto for all things brewing.

I have used tea in a couple batches of beer and I would recommend a long steep, 12-24 hrs, in
room temperature water as opposed to subjecting the tea to heat. Less chance of tannins that
