Just brewed this tonight. Accidentally put 1oz of Amarillo in only 15 minutes into the boil
instead of 45 minutes. Oh well, I'm sure this will be fine. I'll post an update when it comes

I got the recipe from the original thread, and I didn't notice a version 1 and a version 2 -
just saw the one version. What's the difference between the two recipes? Just curious which

Neck would be fine, and possibly less work. If you're going to offer all three sections
(neck/body/cap) on a sheet, make sure to offer just a sheet of neck sections if that's all the

On brew day I fill up my primary with sanitizer and sanitize my equipment in there. When I'm
