For people who bottle directly from their FastFerment: How do you deal with the trub that ends
up on the sloped sides of the fermenter that has not fallen down into the collection ball? As
    soon as I m...

Ok so this just happened, I was mounting the brackets onto my new stand and the bolt snapped.
Either the pilot hole was too small or not deep enough. Does anyone know the size of the
    bolt?If the socke...

Ok here is the 1"heres the male end for $6 the female end for $11... This would allow a
person to ditch the union, You would gain a couple of inches in overall length though which
    would be an issue ...

I have used mine with wine as have others. It certainly works fine for it. The only issue I had
along with some on winemaking talk is the fine lees when it comes time to bottling. The same as

removal before primary even starts. Trub reduction and clarity will come later.I do this to

I have done a ton of research looking for a conical that has it's own refrigeration all built
in. Sure there are a lot of cooling options, most of which either require DYI like glycol
    jackets and imme...

My problem is the angle of attack to clear the ceiling of the ferm chamber. Putting the top on
after isn't an option in confined space. I was really careful and it still popped in the wort.
    You can pr...

I would like to note... Which it probably has already. The collection ball does work wonders if
you need to stir the yeast cake around for a stuck fermentation. Had 1.123 OG and my S. Bayanus
