  • Love the microbrews so much, I just had to try it my self, and just can't stop. I need to be able to brew a good hefeweizen, the extract versions just don't do it. Also want to make 10 gl double IPA! My problem is I like ALL styles for their own flavors etc.

    I usually run everything through a strainer when transferring to primary, so flameout additions
    stay there through the cooling process. It's up to you really.This is what I do also, works
    great.
