  • Tried home brewing as an offshoot of culinary endeavors while trying to break away from the machining industry. That didn't work so I continued home brewing as a creative outlet. I've been home brewing since 2006 and luckily only wanted to dump 1 batch, even though I didn't. First batch was a mini mash, second was a maxi mash, third was all grain. The only batch I have wanted to dump was when I didn't know any better and was using bleach as a sanitizer. Can any one say band-aide?
  • Evil Twin clone, decocted Bo Pils or Vienna lager, Scottish 70 schilling,Smoked porter, pale ale or Rye pale ale, maybe a black cream ale, defiantly want to revisit a good alt bier and a cal common and of course a few bitters, porters etc.
