Catch yourself laying on the ground watching yeast go haywire in the carboy for 20+ minutes.
It's like a huge, biological, beer producing lava lamp.YES!, I love watching the fermenter.

I just soaked a bunch of bottles last night. Hanger 24 and Indian Wells Brewery will be going
the way of the recyclers. Widmer and Sierra Nevada were the easiest for me. Soaked everything
in hot water...
