  • I'm the author of I hope you've had a chance to check it out. When work was slow in the oilfield, I spent an entire year researching and writing the site to help other homebrewers make the best beer and mead that they could. rnrnI didn't brew for two years while renovating two houses, but I'm back brewing and it feels great. Still trying to perfect my RIMS system, but still have my 10 gallon coolers to brew with in the meantime.
