Why not go for a single malt instead of two? You could increase/decrease the mash temperature
    to increase/decrease the mouth/malt feel.MC

The session beers take up fermentor space, why would they use that space on a beer they will
sell for less? I'm sure many other factors are involved, however the limiting factor is tank
    space.Tank spa...

The tap room is where the money is made... you're paying tap room prices. And they give you a
small discount (in some cases) for filling the growler.Actually, at least in SC.... The LAW

I've always rinsed when using a bleach solution, but there are ways to make a no-rinse
solution. Are you concerned about your tap water? You could boil the water first and then use
    it to rinse.MC

I was wondering about this. Now my question is how much syrup do you guys add for a 5 gal
    batch. I'm thinking anywhere from 1.5-2lbs. I'm making a maple syrup porter.I used 3x 19-oz
    cans of grade A fo...

I overheated my step drill bit in no time when I tried it, even with cutting fluid. I had
better luck with large standard drill bits, procured from Harbor Freight. Keep it slow, add
