Why not go for a single malt instead of two? You could increase/decrease the mash temperature
to increase/decrease the mouth/malt feel.MC

The session beers take up fermentor space, why would they use that space on a beer they will

There's no way around it, a 4.2% cream ale is going to cost less than an 8% DIPA. The grain and
hops more than double.The ingredients only represent a portion of the cost of production.

I've always rinsed when using a bleach solution, but there are ways to make a no-rinse
solution. Are you concerned about your tap water? You could boil the water first and then use
