  • Multi-tasking geek type female who works in the tech industry. When I'm not working, I'm playing World of Warcraft, knitting while catching up on my favorite tv shows, yoga, cooking, blogging, or figuring out what the heck I want to brew next.

  • Close to 10 batches brewed at this point (now at it around 2 years) and I've learned to embrace the AG way of life. What got me into this in the first place? A "how to brew" introductory class and starter kit offered by a local HBS. I'm a beer geek - love well crafted brews particularly anything Belgian or Belgian-inspired. My best brews so far were the Belgian honey blond (brewed with the Unibroue strain yeast and a lb. of local honey) and a clone of Rogue's DG ale (Yooper's recipe). The dubbel I brewed last year was pretty funky for a long time, but after a year in the bottle it's turned out to be pretty tasty as well.
  • Belgian styles are my favorite, and I've brewed a few so far, but I would like to try my hand at brewing a good old fashioned pub bitter, and maybe a chocolate stout. I also recently picked up an ancient mini-fridge on craigslist that would be perfect for lagering - so anything goes at this point!

    It's just ...
