  • Multi-tasking geek type female who works in the tech industry. When I'm not working, I volunteer at a local animal shelter, hang out with my dogs, work on crap in my house, and figure out what I want to brew next.

  • I've lost count as to how many batches I've brewed. Started doing AG about 3 years ago, but will still brew an extract kit on occasion. Some of my favorite brews have been a bourbon aged porter, oatmeal stout, and a Dead Guy clone. I've also brewed several Belgian style beers that turned out pretty decent.
  • Definitely need to try my hand at a sour at some point. Perhaps I'll do a lambic if I can get my hands on some sour cherries.

    yes. i usually start in the morning around 9 amHmmmm.... I suppose I could let the mash sit
    overnight (I've done that before) and sparge in the morning so I could start my boil early
    enough in the day...
