  • Not much to say. Bought an extract kit. Started with a German Altbier. Came out ok. Got hooked. Now I'm all-grain and obsessed.

    Interesting first sour choice. Lactic with a punch of salt and coriander. The surette is a

    I don't think there is any negative connotation to telling someone about the search function.
    It IS the best way to find info you may be looking for. Just don't be an a$$ about it.
