Home Brewing Biography: Brewing has always been fascinating to my wife and I... I got the motivation to get started after a friend's dad brewed a big batch of beer for their wedding - man was that good!

My wife and I started Extract brewing in our Apartment in oct 2010.
we're using a Brewer's best deluxe kit, 5gal stainless pot, two 5 gal kegs, 5# co2 tank, dual gauge regulator, Star San (don't fear the foam, right?)
Future Brews: Chamomile Wheat.
Honey Basil Ale.
Primary: Irish Stout.
Sierra Nevada clone from Palmer's "microbrew adventures"
Secondary: Air
Kegged: Imperial Strawberry Blonde.
Gender: Male
