I use my Countertop Brutus 20 in the bathroom for the mash and boil, and my recently motorized
mill in the shower cubicle. ... and no, I don't have a fermenting fridge in the bathroom. :D

If the gravity is stable over a 2-3 period, it is safe to bottle. ...I think this rule of thumb

I think if you use an immersion chiller as per Jeff's originaldesign then you probably wont
have problems with hopsclogging - maybe unles you're using whole hop flowers, inwhich case you
