Don't touch it, it will be fine. Like the folks said when your ready to throw it in a secondary
    would be the time.

A gentle swirl will not hurt, Breweries use pumps to bring beer to the Conditioning tanks.
Introducing O2 is what will oxidize beer.

There are valve but they are not cheap, go to Mcmaster Carr's website and look up needle valves
you will want stainless or brass and the right NPT.

You could try to warm it up a bit, bring it up to 75 or so for 24hrs and give it a gentle
swirl. It may take off! Only draw back is you may pick up some esters.

Sounds like your liquid connector or your faucet is hanging up, try a different one and also
before i would do that pull that picnic tap off and take all pressure off the keg then put your
    liquid line...

Hey There, I stumbled upon your profile in a Homebrew Talk thread. Just wanted to say "hey" to another home brewer from Maine. I'm over in Denmark and am piecing together a countertop all grain setup. Been doing partial mashes for a year and have decent repeatable results and really fine beer (I think!). Into British brews and styles. That's a nice looking setup you have there.

Best, Dave
