Right so I've had both the Bo Pils and Hefe yeasts stall on me now so won't be using them again
any time soon. The M07 ale does produce a super delicious cream of 3 crops cream ale though..

yeah, I BIAB'ed this in the weekend. I think I might need to double crush. I ended up with an
OG of 1.038. Had to top it up with DME.

No, two packets of saflager 34w70 rehydrated. Mine was out of recipe anyway. I didn't get the
efficiency I needed (converted from F to C incorrectly during mash) so had to add in light DME.
