    ABOUT ME

  • I once won an argument with myself.rnHave been described as a handsome square jawed lunatic!rnRattlesnake bit me last year, it died of poisoning.rnI have a word for men whom can't lift their own body weight, women.rnA man should be able to process wild game, know how to woo a lady, feel reasonably comfortable of the outcome when squaring off with 2 attackers, know either good whisky or good beer, know how to cook well, be well read, be passionate about what life has to offer, be humble, never be a braggart, be comfortable with who and what he is, be able to move beyond and learn from his failures, be good with at least one of the following handy disciplines; electrician, mechanic, wood working.

  • I watched beerfest and googled homemade beer. It's all a blur from there! I'm an AG brewer. I'm neither a hophead nor a malt crazy... I'm both. If it's a well made brew I'll probably enjoy it. Not a big drinker but love good bier and food. As such I take as much pleasure in a 3.5% bier as I do a 10.5%.rnrnCurrently brewing 1.66 gallon batched due to space restrictions.

I'll second the idea of Rochtford by saying aged Chimay Blue is glorious. I'd say Belgian quads
and darker beers would be pretty interesting. Thomas Henry is good for 4.5 years under my
    circumstances,...

Finally bottled this after almost 2 months pseudo-lagering (left in fridge at 36 degrees). The
'herbal soap' aroma is still prominent. The strongest flavor is the ginger which is pretty
    nice. Lime, he...

I have a sneaking suspicion that the "Carmelized sugar" in the Indian Brown Ale is "India Tree
Dark Muscovado Sugar." of Hades I hope not, at $10 per lb.Sorry to resurrect but I'm

Anyone that says I could be their hero gets an automatic thumbs up! :fro:Then again if it's
overpowering and undrinkable I could be a ZERO!

No problem with the action here. Each individual is free (or is intended to be by God and
nature) to pursue their own happiness via whatever means they desire so long as the person

Last year walked into a pub in Philly that announced Pliney would be tapped later that day.
Strolled in unimpeded, ordered a pliney, barmaid said it was the absolute last one. It tasted
