Home Brewing Biography: I watched beerfest and googled homemade beer. It's all a blur from there! I'm an AG brewer. I'm neither a hophead nor a malt crazy... I'm both. If it's a well made brew I'll probably enjoy it. Not a big drinker but love good bier and food. As such I take as much pleasure in a 3.5% bier as I do a 10.5%.
