I just started brewing... I've wanted to do it for awhile now and my girlfriend broke down and bought me a kit for Christmas. Just brewed my first ale as of 3/19/11. I'm trying the caramel cream ale recipe that I found on these boards.
Bottled: Caramel Cream Ale on 4/10/11,
Bottled: "Summer Brew" (lemon/lime) ale 4/24/11.
Searching for my next brew... I now have a fridge in the garage so I'm thinking I'll get a lager started. -
I want to do some dopplebock! I love the one that Fordham makes so I'm going to try and clone that as close as possible for the first go round.
I just got a fridge for the house so the old one went into the garage... going to use it to age some lagers. -
