    What size pot do you have? I have a 30qt turkey fryer and can do this with the BIAB method. I
    have to use a second 5 gal plastic bucket and do a dunk sparge. Then fill as high as possible

    No reason to mix those. In the first few replies Wyeast 1272 or WLP051 is recommended, aside
    from culturing from a bottle. I've made a decent clone attempt with WY1272, and can recommend
