    I live in Nashua and I don't filter at all for brewing. Everyone loves my brews so you should
    be all set. I do use a pure water jug for the regular drinking water that is in for fridge!

    I went on ebay and bought a 60 quart stainless brew pot for $95 shipped. This thing is great.
    No spiggot but it works great. I even made a rib-cage design wort chiller for it.

I am looking to make an eggnog ale and I came across your post last year.
