    I wouldn't worry about it at all to be honest. I can't imagine anyone actually being prosecuted
    under this statute.

    Uh... let me explain that again. I want to use the first chiller in an ice water batch to cool
    the hose water down and the other chiller in the wort.

    That definitely looks like electrical arcing. It should be pretty easy to figure out which wire
    it came from. Replace the wire and make sure it doesn't happen again.

    Tone aside (which is awful) they're off their rocker if they expect to find a competent,
