    I love my kegerator. Sometimes I like to take a few beers with me. Cabelas has a sale on 27oz
    18/8 Stainless Steel bottles. 1 5/8" opening. Could these be used as growlers? They are 50%

    This will get you started.6.5 lbs Wheat LME1 oz Hallertau @ 60minWyeast 1010 or 3333 or 3638I
    add 2oz raspberry extract at kegging along with gelitin but you would want to omit your gelatin
    for a hefe...

    the only time I like to cover my wort is when I'm chilling it, as that is when it gets into
    temperature ranges that can support microbial life.Wouldn't that make it harder to release
    heat?
